Google docs supports 12 new formats

Google Docs is an online document viewer, editor and publisher.Daily millions of people using this free Google service.At first, Google docs supported formats like PDF and all office document formats.Now, Google added 12 new file formats support in Google docs.
The new file formats include Adobe photoshop PSD, Apple pages, Adobe illustrator, Autodesk AutoCad, Scalable Vector Graphics, PostScript, TrueType, XML Paper Specification.
Here is the list of full supported file formats
  • Microsoft Excel (.XLS and .XLSX)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 / 2010 (.PPTX)
  • Apple Pages (.PAGES)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
  • Autodesk AutoCad (.DXF)
  • Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG)
  • PostScript (.EPS, .PS)
  • TrueType (.TTF)
  • XML Paper Specification (.XPS)
