CONVOCATION NOTIFICATION
The 2nd convocation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada is proposed to be held in the month of August 2011 (actual date will be notified later). Candidates who are qualified for the award of Degree during the academic year 2009-2010 (i.e on or before 31-12-2010) are hereby informed to send the filled in applications in the prescribed format to the Controller of Examinations of the University on or before 30-07-2011.
Format of the application form can be downloaded from the University website www.jntuk.edu.in The filled in application forms along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five hundred only) drawn in favour of the Registrar, JNT University Kakinada dated not earlier than 16-07-2011 is to be sent to the following address

The Degree Certificates of all the Bachelor Degree Courses and Master Degree courses will be sent to the individuals to the address given in the application form by registered post. Gold Medal recipients, Ph.D., M.S. and M.Phil Degree students can receive their Degrees in person at the Convocation or by post in absentia.
However, the candidates who have already applied in response to the earlier notification dated 25-12-2009 need not apply and their convocation certificates will be dispatched to the addresses given in their application forms.
